Shipping and Returns

• Payments: You can easily pay online with a Visa, Master Card, American Express, PayPal account or check.  Your online order is processed safely and securely through PayPal (you DO NOT NEED to have a PayPal account to pay).  Once you fill your order, you will be able to view your shipping information.  You’ll confirm your shipping and billing information and click to confirm your order.  PayPal takes over to complete your transaction.  If you prefer to pay by check, please email by clicking here and tell us what item you would like.  We’ll put the item(s) aside for you for up to 10 days we wait for your check to arrive and clear.
• Shipping:  Shipping is calculated based on your shipping address and weight of your purchase. We charge a flat rate and will refund any extra cost. We ship via First Class, Priority Mail or UPS Ground.  Once your order is shipping you will receive an email confirming the shipment with a tracking number (no tracking number for First Class).  UPS tracks every move the package make, and USPS tracks the package as it moves from post office to post office.  We do ship internationally.
  Small items : $6.75 Large items: $9.00
• Returns and Exchanges: We always want a happy customer! If there is something wrong with your item, you can return it within 14 days after your item was shipped for a store credit.  All items must be returned in their original condition.  Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Rebecca takes the privacy of your personal information very seriously.  This privacy policy describes how we treat the information collected when you visit our website.  All information described below is stored on a restricted database. Please read this notice carefully, if you have any question feel free to email us.

• Personal Information: In order to supply you with your Rebecca purchases, we will need your email address to keep in contact with you about your order.  We will also need your name, shipping/billing address and phone number.  Rebecca does not collect any other personal information that you do not expressly provide.  Rebecca will never sell, rent or share your personal information (this includes your email address), with any third parties for marketing purposes without your permission.
• Choice/opt-out: If at any time you receive an email from Rebecca concerning new products or services that you do not expressly request, please notify use and we will gladly remove your email from our mailing list.
